The Graphic Support Group Podcast is a co-production of Pudding Projects Creative Director James Chae and Graphic Support Group Founder Drew Litowitz. After a fruitful conversation about Drew's music recordings, the two decided to start a podcast with a unique take on design. They felt a need to create a space where designers could bare the more stickier sides of creativity, exploring the psychological and emotional realms of design practice.
Through in-depth conversations with designers around the world, Drew and James have created an incredible resource of care, support, and discussion in the overly productive and hyper competitive design industry. GSG Podcast also sets out to share the humanity behind designers and also expose some of the many problems that creatives face on a daily basis.
Some notable guests have been creative director Richard Turley, creative coach Bryan Collins, designer Eric Hu, creative director Eike König, designer Hansje Van Halem, Michelle Phillips of Studio Yukiko, and designer Elana Schlenker. Each episode provides much sought-after insight into the life of design practice.
As Graphic Support Group Podcast, Drew and James have presented at Vermont College of Fine Arts, Weltformat Graphic Design Festival and have been featured by It's Nice That and AIGA Eye on Design.
